If you want to order 5 items under Q Express as your preferred shipping method, you have to select all 5 items under Q Express for same cart (only one time postage charge will be incurred for the same cart).     i will quote the relevant clause from Power Living terms and conditions that you will be accepting when you purchase NON-REGISTERED MAIL option.

    4) For orders delayed and lost in transit, we will not compensate you, as you have accepted the risk of loss&delay in transit when you PURCHASE WITH NON-REGISTERED MAIL. We WILL NOT RE-SEND for non-registered mail.

    Delivery Terms and Conditions

    To prevent lost/delay mails, we strongly recommend customers to select shipping by Qxpress.

    Qxpress is faster, come with insurance and tracking number. We will update tracking number once orders confirmed. If there are any lost/delay of items during delivery, buyers are to hold Qxpress responsible. Qxpress customer service can be reached at 64348400 or email info@qxpress.sg

    Singpost Normal Mail is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore. However it is not traceable. Singpost will not be responsible for lost parcel. Singpost takes 3-10 working days for delivery and sometimes up to 3 weeks due to random check.

    Please note we do not provide any photo taking service before sending out mails, if "proof of sending" is required, please opt for Qxpress delivery.

    For Singpost Normal Mail, please bear in mind that the delivery timing is unpredictable therefore please allow at least up to 2 weeks for the item to be delivered.

    Wow, that is very serious as your orders are via Qxpress. There should have Shipping label pasted on the item for Qxpress guy to deliver. Did you sign for it ?

    We really need your help to send us email with your which ever evidence you have, pic of the item received including shipping label etc, we will help you to follow up with Qxpress and keep you in the correspondence.

    For shipping, if you select:
    1. Singpost Normal Mail - Singpost takes about 3 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and PH) for delivery.;
    2. Qxpress - Qxpress takes about 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and PH) to deliver to your door step.
