    Submission of claims
    Any return or exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item if items were sent wrongly by seller only

    Any shortage of item or wrong item received (within 7 days of order date)
    Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package & parcel package with delivery information
    Shipping fee incurred from seller end for missing items
    Exchange of wrong item is only at Northpoint / warehouse, else postage incurred by buyer

    Defective item issue (within 7 days)
    Provide picture of the defective area of received item
    Provide video of the non-functioning of product
    Only at Northpoint / warehouse for exchange, else postage incurred by buyer

    Any change of mind from buyer's end
    Only possible if items haven't been shipped
    No exchange or refund will be granted unless seller send the wrong item

    Self-Collection Service Permanently Made Available!

    Dear Valued Customers,

    We are offering self-collection as an option for items purchased from us online.

    (1) At our retail space (Northpoint Shopping Centre). You may drop by to collect your items from 12pm to 9.30pm daily without prearranging a time=)
    (2) Warehouse at A'Posh Bizhub. We are usually open from 3-6pm. Do check with us beforehand^^

    Please leave a memo before you checkout stating it is for self-collection. We will send an individual sms to inform you about the self-collection process. Items should be ready for self-collection within 1-2 days depending on the time of order. Please do note that shipping fees will still be charged as we will have to make special arrangements to bring the items down for self collection.
