    How come I still haven't receive my item yet??? When will it arrive?

    Dear customer, we have sent out the item on the date stated in your Qoo10. We are not postman, we dont know when u will receive it. If you have chosen registered mail, you are able to check thru Singpost website. But if you have opt for normal mail,we are not able to track the location of the item. Please note that upon placing order, customers are responsible for any delayed or lost mails during delivery as stated in our listing. We strongly advise customer to opt for registered mail to avoid any lost for missing mails and average loss mails in Singpost is 5 out of 100 parcels. This information announced the top of the product page. We, as well as all manufacturers is designed to only flat part protect. You want a film that protects the entire screen, you must purchase a Full Cover Film.
