    How come I still haven't receive my item yet??? When will it arrive?

    Dear customer, we have sent out the item on the date stated in your Qoo10. We are not postman, we dont know when u will receive it. If you have chosen registered mail, you are able to check thru Singpost website. But if you have opt for normal mail,we are not able to track the location of the item. Please note that upon placing order, customers are responsible for any delayed or lost mails during delivery as stated in our listing. We strongly advise customer to opt for registered mail to avoid any lost for missing mails and average loss mails in Singpost is 5 out of 100 parcels. And The screen protection film size is designed for each mobile phone. So it will be made in a size that does not pop up when attached to the screen. You want a film that protects the entire screen, you must purchase a Full Cover Film. Full Cover Film can be purchased at additional options or http://list.qoo10.sg/g/506452833. Please be noted this.     Hi, I understand that the screen protector does not cover the entire screen. I already own one of the shorter case friendly version. There are 2 main reason why I think the screen protector is not the right one.
    1. Size: The measurements of your screen protector are 6.2*15.4 cm and the current one I have is 7*15.6cm. As you can see in the photo attached,Tthe blue line is where your screen protector covers till, the red one is where my current one goes. that is a very big difference.
    2. The cut outs for the camera and sensors don't align. Your screen protector is clearly covering some one the sensors where other screen protectors in the market will not cover. So I totally understand when the screen protector is smaller to fit cases but im very sure they shld not cover any of the sensors or camera.
