- Hi - Bought quite a lot of times but bought wrongly this time due to same pricing.
Wanted to get 5x $4.50 but bought a 1x $22.50 instead.
Can assist to change the voucher to 5x $4.50 internally instead?

Do you have the quick service link for my item up to 30kg? My item weight abt 20-25kg

- Did anyone know Qxpress now will NOT deliver if you don't print the label and stick it to your parcel? I don't, and it came as a nasty shock to me when I was told by the driver on the day of pickup and he refused to pick up my parcel and I don't have a printer at home and I will be travelling the next day! The online label clearly states that there's no need to print the label. I had to call the hotline to verify it and when I asked for an exception to accept my parcel, the customer service staff hung up on me! That is totally rude and so easy to get out it right. Hey Qxpress, I had used your service a few times and I had been quite pleased but today's experience totally changed everything. And please educate your customer service staff to handle calls professionally and not just hang up if she doesn't want to handle this situation. It is not the first time someone hung up on me and I wonder if it is the same person.tin******* 2017-03-24
