Purchased this voucher to send a parcel overseas by Qxpress. Rate was cheaper than SingPost's rate by more than $10. Plus this voucher was bought at $22 with $3 cart discount and $5 for deducting 500 accumulated Q-points, so saved another $7.

- , when i tried to arrange return parcel from SG to Qoo10 selller in Korea via Qxpress:
1. attached message on address is prompted. Shipping unabke to proceed.
Seller advise address is correct.
2. attached PCC code requested from you store. Seller adviae ni PCC cose available.

For the PCC code, you need to check with seller.
PCC is issued by Korean customs office to recipient.
For the address matter, you should check with Qoo10.

- Did anyone know Qxpress now will NOT deliver if you don't print the label and stick it to your parcel? I don't, and it came as a nasty shock to me when I was told by the driver on the day of pickup and he refused to pick up my parcel and I don't have a printer at home and I will be travelling the next day! The online label clearly states that there's no need to print the label. I had to call the hotline to verify it and when I asked for an exception to accept my parcel, the customer service staff hung up on me! That is totally rude and so easy to get out it right. Hey Qxpress, I had used your service a few times and I had been quite pleased but today's experience totally changed everything. And please educate your customer service staff to handle calls professionally and not just hang up if she doesn't want to handle this situation.
