1) is each voucher only for 1 box? Can I deliver 2 boxes by buying just one voucher of higher weight?

2) must the item be in boxes?

1) Each voucher for 1 box. If you need to ship out 2 boxes, please use 2 different vouchers.

2) It's better to be packed in boxes. If item is not correctly packed, our driver might refuse to collect it.

Hi, can I check with you if you have the change in this system about having to write the address on the package? We didn't need to write the address, just the code number would do. Its getting troublesome just to send the package especially since we have written the address online already.

I am the receiver and I'm also the person who has to buy the qxpress. The sender doesn't have printer to print label and has been sending by writing the number on the parcel for the past 2 or 3 times with no issue. But this time round then request for the address. Would be good if you all give allowance for qxpress user without printer. And to standardize it. It's really quite troublesome for the old folks.

The shipper have to paste the label on the parcel.
Sorry but our the procedures are automated by barcode on the label for faster delivery.
Without the label, it could be lost during the delivery procedure.

Hi,

There's no such limitation.
But please make sure to paste labels on the parcel.
You cannot use the same pickup number for multiple parcels also.
