    I have just started to take out the powerbank and use and discovered that the powerbank could not even charge at all. When plugged into a power socket, the indicator light doesn’t even light up and the powerbank is not being charge at all.

    I believe that I have receive a faulty powerbank, please advise how to exchange the faulty powerbank? Would prefer that you send me a brand new working power bank and at the same time, you can get your courier guy to pick up the faulty powerbank from me.
