Hi, what's the difference between your Fun Pack and your Party Pack?

Hello Buyer,

The difference is mainly in the format of the veg filling.

Fun Packs are delivered frozen. Which means you can keep the filling for up to a few months if kept frozen. As such, it does not come with corriander leaf topping or fried egg topping.

Party Packs are made fresh to order, but have at most 24 hour shelf life in the chiller. And it does come with corriander leaf and fried egg toppings.

Tee cups are the same for both Fun Packs and Party Packs.

As i might need to leave it at the door for 3 hours. Would the filling get spoilt?

Hello Buyer,

Our Party Packs are delivered chilled. If you are consuming the Party Pack on the day of delivery, the filling will be safe and will not get spoilt so easily. Simply reheat before serving.

If you intend to keep the filling for next-day consumption, we will advise against doing so.

Unfortunately we will be closed over CNY between the 14th of Feb and the 19th of Feb (both dates inclusive), and so we will not be able to take your order.

We will be open until the 14th of Feb. As long as Qoo10's QXpress is able to deliver, the 14th of Feb is the last day before CNY.

Hi your reply here says you can deliver on 14th. Now when I emailed you, you said you're at max capacity. I ordered less than a day from this inquiry and you're full? I placed my request in remarks but nobody replied me for days and then it becomes my problem that you're not able to commit to 14th. I expect a suitable reply. Thanks.

It so happens that you are correct, but only partially.

From our chain of messages you'd see that:
1. You initiated a conversation on 24th Jan 2018 22:53:22.
2. We replied on 25th Jan 2018 09:03:30. Replied in under 12 hours.
3. On the 25th of Jan we were still taking orders for the 14th of Feb 2018, and was not at maximum capacity.
4. Between 25th Jan and 31st Jan, we received significant orders via Qoo10 and reached maximum order capacity.
5. This message on 2nd Feb 2018 14:48:24.

In your other thread:
1. You initiated a conversation on 1st Feb 2018 22:48:00
2. We replied on 2nd Feb 2018 12:20:00. Replied in under 18 hours.

To our knowledge, there wasn’t a significant time gap when we did not reply to you. We also cannot predict when orders will come in from Qoo10 and filling up our capacity.

If you need our cups, they are available at most Cold Storage outlets.

Otherwise, you could give us a call at 6448 1048 as we are still taking limited orders for walk-ins.

My bad for getting the order date wrong. It wasn't 24 hrs after your reply but 72 hours. I made my order on 28 Jan. Which according to you is one of those 'significant orders' which you received. On my order, I specified that I would like my order to be made on 14 Feb. I did not hear back from you. Not a single sound. Not until I initiated the message on 1st Feb at which you replied that you are unable to send on 14th Feb, without giving me an alternative date.

I'm getting a clearer picture of your situation.

So it seems that you have successfully placed an order for delivery on the 13th of Feb, and indicated on the memo to seller field that you'd like to shift your delivery date to the 14th of Feb.

Can we assume that it will be for the same delivery window of between 10-12pm on the 14th of Feb 2018?

If so, kindly confirm (time bracket) asap and we will try to reschedule it immediately after we receive your confirmation.
