Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product, including without limitation cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior casing, screen, camera lens, buttons and other attachments;

General maintenance, password reset assistance, routine servicing and cleaning, updating/upgrading of software, installation of software or applications, product demonstration, or any other service other than repair;

Hi,

This is my 4th time buying from you. I bought two pairs of earpieces on 27 December 2017. One is faulty: cannot charge, cannot turn power on. Although I bought it on 27 December, I just recently opened it.
Can you replace this with new one? Where should I send back this item?

Hi, I have problems trying to pair the bluetooth to my phone. I have powered up the device and the led light is flashing blue but still unable to pair the bluetooth with my phone or computer. Please advice.

Flashing blue is not pairing mode .

Press and HOLD the power on button for 6-7 secs , only release when you see blue and red led flashing alternately . after which scan and connect to the headset with your device

To connect the headset to any device ,

You should press and hold the power on button for 5-6 secs until you see a blue and red light flashing alternately . After which you can use your device to connect to the headset.
