    **NOTICE: SHIFTING OF WAREHOUSE**

    We are currently in the midst of shifting our warehouse from WIN 5, 15 YISHUN INDUSTRIAL STREET 1 #09-03 S(768091) to NORTH VIEW BIZHUB, 6 YISHUN INDUSTRIAL STREET 1 #07-15 S(768090). The shifting will be fully completed by the end of Jan 2019.

    In the meantime, we seek your kind understanding that self-collection orders might need extra time to be prepared. Collection locations may also differ, depending on the item ordered. Please contact us in advance to arrange for any collection of orders, to prevent any inconveniences to you.

    Our office number at 62543770 is also currently not in use; please contact us via the Customer Inquiry/Item Q&A function instead.

    Shipping FAQ

    Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 WORKING days.

    Singpost Normal Mail: 3-10 WORKING days to deliver
    Qxpress: 2-3 WORKING days to deliver

    Qxpress is recommended as it is faster and trackable (tracking number provided). Should there be any lost/damaged mail, please contact the Qxpress Customer Service and Qxpress will take full responsibility.
    Singpost Normal Mail, however, is not trackable. A picture proof of each parcel is taken before mailing out. Singpost will not be responsible for any lost mail and there is no way to recover the parcel unless it has been returned to us. Please understand all the risks that will be borne by the Buyer. By opting for Singpost Normal Mail, the Buyer has agreed that Seller shall not be responsible for any lost/damaged mail.

    If your parcel has been returned to us by Singpost, we will inform you ASAP to make arrangements for a collection.

    All items come with 7-day exchange warranty. No returns/refunds will be allowed past the warranty period, for used/damaged items, or for items sent back without prior consent.

    Change of mind from buyer's end:
    Please contact us to make arrangements for an exchange at our warehouse. Items must be unused, in intact condition with its original packaging. Difference of exchanging for a lower-value item will not be refunded. No returns allowed.

    Shortage of items:
    Please contact us to make arrangements for immediate replacement. Collection or Mailing is available. Please provide a clear picture of all items received with the parcel packaging.

    Defective/wrong item received:
    Please contact us to make arrangements for an immediate exchange at our warehouse/retail shop. Please provide a clear picture of all items received with the parcel packaging OR of the defect. Free mailing exchange is NOT provided.

    Self-Collection will be at North View Bizhub, 6 Yishun Industrial St 1 #07-15 Singapore 768090. Orders should be collected within 30 days from your order date. After which, your order will be automatically cancelled by Qoo10.

    Our operating hours are as follows:
    Mon-Sat: 10am - 5pm
    Eve of PH: 10am - 3pm
    Sunday/PH: CLOSED

    To ensure there will be someone around and that your item is in stock, please inform us (at least a day in advance) before coming down. Walk-ins without any prior arrangements will NOT be entertained. We will not be responsible in the event that no one is around for collection, if no consent has been given by the Seller. You can contact us via the Customer Inquiry/Item Q&A option, or at 62543770.
