    According to the Singpost tracking information, your order was delivery fail on 16-May and is ready for collection at BUKIT PANJANG POST OFFICE since 17-May. It was processed to ORCHARD POST OFFICE for collect from 30-May till 12-June. And it is returning to us as unclaimed.

    When we received orders returned to us with failed delivery attempts, we may issue a refund or reship.

    In case of reship: we will resend the products charging 15% of the product price/total order amount as shipping charge.

    In case of refund: a 20% restocking plus shipping fee of the total product price will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund. Please kindly let us know your decision.

    It was small, and once we try to zoom in, all the things become blurry, that's why we ask you to zoom in and take picture for us. This is an important step to verify it and we didn't mean to make you angry , we totally understand how it feel if someone keep asking me to take picture, it sucks. Therefore we provide the picture to you to show you what difficulties we have faced and hope you can understand.

    And we ask if there is any other code printed on the product or the box is because we remember the batch code of this item should not be printed on the bar code, so we would like to check if there is any numbers printed on them to see if there is any other number maybe possible to be the batch code.
