    Singpost Normal Mail - lost mail

    Dear Buyers,

    By choosing Singpost Normal Mail, you actually agree to absorb the risk of lost mail.
    Since no one can claim lost mail from Singpost, it is contradictory to assume such claims can be made from Qoo10 sellers.

    However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will still review non-receipt claims (made after 1 month from delivery date), and will send replacements (if eligible) via SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL. We will only offer replacement once for eligible claims, and shall cease to entertain non-receipt claims for the replaced items.
    Inaccurate/ Incomplete addresses provided by buyers are NOT ELIGIBLE for any sort of claims at all.

    Buyers can choose to upgrade to Qexpress with a top up of $2.40 (the difference between Singpost Normal Mail and Qexpress).

    To ensure guaranteed receipt of your items, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND QEXPRESS.

    Exchanges due to sizes/ preference of buyers.

    If you want to exchange items due to size reasons/ changes in your preferences, please contact seller within 10 days from item receipt. We regret that after 10 days we will not entertain any exchange requests.

    To be eligible for exchanges:
    1. Item must remain in their intact condition, or otherwise unused with their original packaging/tags/labels/seals attached.
    2. All shipping fee will be incurred from buyer's end.
    3. Items have to be returned to seller, postage paid by buyer. Top up of shipping fee for new item to be paid by buyer as well.

    I need my items urgently, why have they not reached me?

    We regret that if you had chosen Singpost Normal Mail, we are unable to track or expedite the delivery. Singpost may take up to ONE MONTH to deliver your items. For QEXPRESS, your items will reach you within 3 working days after we have mailed them out. Qexpress is the recommended choice if you require items urgently.

    Singpost Normal Mail does not have tracking services or tracking number. For Qexpress, you may use your tracking number to monitor your delivery. From the Qoo10 "My Orders" page, you can click on "shipping information" for your item to track the parcel.

    Can I choose a specific time/ day I want my delivery to be on?

    For Singpost Normal Mail, any and all special instructions are not applicable. For Qexpress, kindly contact Qexpress with your tracking number so that they can help to arrange their couriers to deliver accordingly. We are unable to process any special instructions regarding delivery.     Hi, we had mailed out your item on 15-Dec-2018 via Singpost Normal Mail.

    As indicated, we are unable to track or expedite Singpost Normal Mail and it should only be used for non urgent items. Also, Singpost normal mail may take longer to reach. We had cases where it took as long as 1 month for the customer to receive their items.
    We recommend Qxpress for tracking of items and for speedy deliveries.

    We regret that we are unable to control any of these 3rd party delivery companies.

    Please verify and confirm that your address provided during purchase is ACCURATE and COMPLETE.

    For cases of WRONG/INCOMPLETE addresses provided, we will inform you once we receive the returned parcel from Singpost.
    Please also clear your letter box so that the parcel can fit in.

    If your address is accurate and complete, then please update us if you have not received the item by 15-Jan-2019.

    please complete payment of items and choose Qxpress by today (18 Dec).
    Do note to use instant payment methods like Credit Card ,paypal or paylah etc. Payment at 7-11 and other physical stores will require Qoo10 to verify payment and may take several working days.

    Your parcel should reach you by Fri (21 Dec) or Sat (22 Dec) if there are no unsually long delays by Qxpress.
