    Hi, once we turn on the robot, it will indicate it is charging but it will never charge up even after leaving power on for days. Now the robot is a sitting duck in our house and we cannot use it. It is forever charging and cannot store power. Attached is a video showing the robot saying it is charging.

    HI Customer, the you can save 3 maps on the robot. When you select Roborock S6 from the list of devices, the app loads the current floor plan with several control options beneath it. An Edit button lets you modify the map. You can change the room divisions, set up no-go zones to keep the vacuum from entering forbidden areas, or restore the map to its original state. The app can store up to three maps—perfect for multilevel homes—and you can choose which map to load from here as well.

    However i stil unable to set vacuum to 2 storey as per picture.

    The setting only allow the vacuum to be assign to one floor not both.
    On

    Once u assign to G flr, then they will say move device to G flr from 1st flr.

    Any way or link to show step by step to get the 3 maps done?

    Hi Customer, you will have to reset your map every time when the robot is brought to another floor.
