    Exchange Policy

    1 to 1 exchange within 7 days after delivered will be offered for manufacturing defects ONLY.
    Kindly inform us via Qtalk or sms/whatsapp to +6582258008 with order no and photo.

    Exchange of Bulky Items - We will arrange for technician to go down to customer's house to verify if the product is really defective and then will arrange for exchange to be done at customer's house (Try not to throw away the box for the first 7 days).

    Exchange of Small Items - Customer will have to bring down the defective item with invoice for us to check regardless of shipping method choose.
    Our customer service will check on the spot to see if it is really defective and also to check the complete packaging is returned to us for us to do an exchange. *Customer need to have complete original packaging during exchange.*
