    How do I file for exchange/replacement/refund?

    Exchange/Return of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receipt of the item only.

    For shortage of item or wrong item received
    - Provide pictures of the parcel package with the delivery information and item contents within the parcel
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller

    For defective/damaged item
    - Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information, the damaged area of the received item and retain any broken piece(s)
    - Provide video of the non-functioning of the electronic product
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller

    For any change of mind from buyer
    - Item must remain in their intact condition, or otherwise unused with their original packaging/tags/labels/seals attached
    - Provide picture of the item to seller
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from buyer

    NOTE: To maintain strict hygiene standards, exchanges/returns are NOT applicable for cosmetic products.

    However, we regret to inform that Note 5 S-View Covers are no longer available in stock.

    We are currently preparing your parcel for collection by Qxpress personnel tomorrow morning! You may begin tracking your parcel from Wednesday evening or the next working day (Thursday) onwards!

    While it usually takes Qxpress about 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) thereafter to deliver the parcel, we hope for your kind patience to give Qxpress slightly more time to deliver the parcel due to the increase in parcel load during this time of the year!
