Then no news from your staff until I had to made enquiry to you.
Then your staff reply "Hi, sorry that the 850 EVO is no longer available, we are so sorry for that. You may check the latest model which is the 860 EVO, stock is ready."
I totally don't understand what you are trying to say. What should I do now? Why give such an ambiguous answer? Can you be more straight forward?
I already made payment. What you expect me to do now?
