FYI Notice: To all the Apple Buyer

Kindly take note all US/Japanese/ European version of Apple users do not upgrade the system Brush system do not change the SIM card.

(Apple released the new system closed the mobile Unicom 4G and they officially closed the iOS 10.3.3 and iOS11 Brush verification)

iOS10. 3.3 was no longer available for the upgrade or downgrade, if you upgrade to 11.0.0 that’s no way for you to do downgrade All 9 or 10 system do not upgrade, once the system was been upgrade, you may not able to do the phone activation or the phone screen may not be sensitive, fingerprint may not be working normally, 3G services may not be found, 4G is totally can not be use. As the 11 system was designed to iPhone 8 and iPhone 8Plus!

For customer who had been upgrade to IOS 11.0.0 as the customer have the issue from above, we are not able to cover the warranty, as all our devices send out was IOS 9 or 10.

I bought a mini hand held fan and it is still not delivered after waiting for more than 3 weeks!

all the items is with our office return mailling address, therefore the item surely will not be lose, if under not delivery, singpost will send back the item back to the return mailing address.

And as the items is big, therefore singpost will not send it into the letter box,they will provide you with a collection paper to go to the nearby singpost offce to collection your items.

My order no. is 214611657. I received the portable fan (green) around 11/5. I plug the usb cable to charge the bty and the charging light turns red for charging. And the fan works OK.

However, today 14/5, I tried to use the same usb cable to charge, the Red charging light does turn on. This means ttthe bty is not charging. Even though the fan is working, it will not be able to turn on when the battery power is depleted as the bty cannot be charged up again.

I need a replacement unit as it is defective after a few days. Please let me know the replacement process.

Both fans are faulty. White one appears to be an used set, which is dirty and dusty, and unable to charge (connect usb but no light). Charging point for green fan is totally gone, there is only a hole!

Can don't reply using template? Did you see what the problem is?
By the way, I can't and have no time to go to your office, that's why I have selected for post.
Please provide alternative, and i suggest you should come to buyer and provide buyers with the exchangeable set since its sellers' problem of not checking to ensure item is in working condition.
There are sooooo many inquiry to exchange defective sets.
