    if you want to get service,You will need to first send us the product in issue so we can process your claim.
    In case you discover any defects in the product within 14 days from your purchase date: you may request for a return or replacement and the shipping cost will be paid by the seller.
    For items that have passed the 14-day threshold: buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost/ repairs will be provided free-of-charge within 1 year from date of purchase/no returns / for items that were purchased over a year ago or that were damaged by the buyer, repairs can be requested but will be at the expense of the buyer.

    This is a worldwide warranty product of Samsung's that you have requested.
    It is mendable, if it gets out of order, but whether it is free of charge or not is not certain in Korea.
    You may request Samsung Singapore on the information.
    If there is a problem on the product, you may get a warranty service with free of charge except the shipment fare to and from Korea.
    Standard of the Korea's warranty service (It is free of charge within a year of purchases; however, it is not applicable if turns out to be consumers' faults over a year.)
