What kind of seller are you, trying to evade my inquiry?My feedback on the camera on 10/6/17 was - While setting up the camera, it prompted me to key in serial number (since couldn't auto search camera). I keyed in serial number which is the same both on the camera and the packing, but was denied (message as in correct serial number).So is the product authentic? how come cant auto-search and the serial number which is the same both on the package and camera can't be connected? I urge you to seriously look into this. If not, refund my money and get your camera back at your cost!I have no faith in you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since i purchased the item from you and i am from Singapore, how can i contact Samsung Centre when i am not sure if the camera is defective. On your end you should check the authencity of the product when it cant be connected.I have no more patience to merry go round this issue. I believe i have the rights to ask for a refund as i am merely a buyer and should not be held liable to contact who and who since the product cant work.You have better look into this issue WITHOUT FURTHER DELAYS as it will tarnish your reputation as a seller!
