    - No tracking number to track status

    2. SingPost SmartPac

    - Cost abit more
    - Items delivered to your door step. If no one is around, postman will deliver items to your letterbox. If letterbox is full, a delivery advice will be issued so you can request for re-delivery or collect at the nearest post office
    - Takes 1-5 business days to be delivered
    - Tracking number is provided so you can track the status via SingPost website
