    For the past months of usage, my Galaxy watch normally uses about 20% a day with AOD (always ON display). Only
    original Samsung charger and cable is used.

    My family has a total of 3 Galaxy Watches all brought from you.

    24 DEC 2018
    1) Fully Charged and removed from charger.
    2) Day ended with about 80% power left.

    25 DEC 2018
    3) Wore the watch for swimming in the pool. Not more than an hour, less than a meter deep and no fast flowing water.
    4) Power seems to reduce quickly for the rest of the day. By 7pm, it dropped to 0% and turned OFF itself.
    5) Once home, I start charging the watch but it always stays 0%. Same after charging for 30mins or 60mins. Charge
    with another wireless watch charger also no help. See attached GW - Cannot Charge.jpg
    6) Removed watch from charger and still cannot switch ON the watch.
    7) Noticed there are water traces from the HRM (heart rate monitor) glass. See attached GW - Water Trace.jpg
    8) Left the watch away from charger. Hoping it can dry overnight.

    26 DEC 2018
    9) Tried switching ON the watch but it entered a Rebooting Loop . See below YouTube link for video.

    10) Left the watch until it's power run out.

    Qoo10 CS has instructed a QExpress pickup for the galaxy watch within 2 days and it will be sent to you for the warranty repair with Samsung. Also, my name is Christina Ser as reflected in the return label. I hope you can check with Samsung CS and update me on the lead time to repair. Thank you.

    While packing the watch to be returned, i tested 1 more time by charging the watch. It can now be charged and switched ON already. BUT further functional test shows the HRM is already faulty from the water leakage. Attached URL youtube snapshot of the test, showing HRM does not read and the absence of green light (from HRM sensor) during measurement.
    Will be looking forward to the return pickup by QExpress within these two days.

    I am surprised that ATM5 can still allow water leakage from swimming in a wading pool. If Samsung is not going to honor the warranty, send the item back to me without repairing.

    I will expect the watch condition to be the same as mentioned on 30 JAN 2019. Since no further work to be performed on the watch, please provide the tracking within the next couple of days.
