Hi I have sent few emails to hongsg0407@naver.com but i still havent receive the reply.

is quiet urgent as i bought the phone for my sister as birthday gift.

I failed to setup my google account with this mobile. it keep showing me the screen with error message"this device was reset. to continue, sign in with a google account that was previously synched on this device" . i have repeated many times and get the same screen.
