You send the 500gb SSD that I already paid for in FULL. When your delivery arrives, I'll exchange with the cheaper 250Gb that you sent to me. Your company make the mistake, then you send the correct item to me.

There's so many similar complaints from many other customers against your company for sending a cheaper item when your customers paid for the more expensive item. I'm not risking sending back the cheaper item you sent me. I have no confidence getting the item as there's so many complaints against your company. Alternatively, you can send me another 250GB SSD to correct your mistake i.e. sending me 250GB SSD when I paid your company for a 500GB SSD. YES!!! I had to look for someone to install it. Also I was not aware that the warranty was 7 days!!!!
I hope that all who reads this should know that there is no warranty for this product after the 7 days.
I really could not install the SSD at all.
Is there any thing the company can do out of good will????
