    Hi. The pairing is fine because it can pair with my phone. I also emailed savfy and they told me cannot work with PC, which I find not possible as they indicated on their website can.
    In the end I spent 2 days to troubleshoot and managed to make it work by downloading and installing a newer version of Bluetooth driver. (At first used the update version function it just said already most updated). It’s not easy to find.
    Anyway, appreciate your effort to further check with the suppliers.

    please make sure the headset was full charged.We recommend performing a reset . place the earbuds back into the charging case. Press down on the SAVFY earbud(s) while they are in the charging case, for about 5 seconds or more until you see the LED light flash BLUE, then turn off . Now, the earbud should be back to factory default settings and the reset is complete.
    1.Long press the button until the light flashes in red and blue alternately.
    2.Then turn on the bluetooth on your phone to pair with it, (the blue light will turn on if it pairs successfully.)

    We recommend performing a reset if you are experiencing issues such as audio fading in and out, low volume, pairing issues,etc.To perform a reset, place the earbuds back into the charging case.Press down on the SAVFY earbud(s) while they are in the charging case,for about 5 seconds or more until you see the LED light flash BLUE, then turn off .Now,the earbud should be back to factory default settings and the reset is complete.To pair your SAVFY earbuds in stereo mode, hold the control button on the earbud until you see the BLUE light.Continue holding until you see the alternating red and blue light flashing, release the control button. Place the earbuds together to allow pairing.The earbuds will now pair in stereo mode.The flashing lights will turn off and then turn back on, meaning the earbuds are paired together.One earbud will flash blue and the other should flash blue and red.This indicates the earbuds are ready to pair to a device.Now,turn your bluetooth device on
