    Where can I find my E Ticket Voucher for Store Pickup?

    Try one of these solution

    1) Check your email. You should receive an email from Qoo10 of the E Tic Voucher once payment is complete. Show it to our staff when collecting your items.

    2) Check your sms for a 13 digit number (251xxxxxxxxxx) from Qoo10. Show it to our staff when collecting your items.

    3) Via Qoo10 app, go to your QBox > Recent Orders > Find the order of your purchased item > Click on 'Visit Seller Store' button to view the E Ticket Voucher. Show it to our staff when collecting your items.

    4) Via browser, go to 'My Qoo10' > Recent Orders > Find the order of your purchased item > Click on 'Visit Seller Store' button to view the E Ticket Voucher. Show it to our staff when collecting your items.

    Why I have not received my normal mail parcel after 7 working days?

    Normally Singpost normal mail will take 3-7 working days to reach (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) if no delay at Singpost side. However, we got a small portion of customers who received their parcel after 2-3 weeks due to the delay at Singpost. Thus, pls kindly wait further and you should receive it soon. Appreciate your patience and understanding that it is beyond our control on the Singpost delivery time.     Your parcel was posted out according to the provided address on 14/12. As stated inside our auction, normally it will take 1-3 working days to reach (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) if no delay at Singpost side.

    Thus, today is only the 1st working day since Singpost does not process the mail during weekend. Thus, it should arrive next few days if no delay at Singpost.

    Have you applied it on the phone already? If not, pls apply it on the phone and see whether any problem or not. If got problem, then you may peel it off and return it together with packaging to us. We will then resend a new replacement after exchange with our local supplier. Thanks.
