We always check the watch before shipping but for your assurance will do twice, just inform us after placing an order, we will asked shipping team to check watch twice before ship.     Somehow I knew this would happen. I told you multiple times that I won't accept a watch that has misalignment issues. This one clearly has it's chapter ring slightly skewed to the left. This is even more obvious for the bezel ring; relative to the bracelet, it is very much skewed to the left when bezel is placed centrally. This is truly unacceptable, especially after letting you know of my previous negative experience and requesting for proper checks prior to sending. You even insisted that proper checks were made and that only quality ones are delivered. Please send a courier for exchange of for a better watch, if not a return/refund, as soon as possible. I do not think that returning the item to your office is fair, given that I have made my requests clear prior to purchase.
