27/1/18: Review Amended: seller still did not reply! awaiting seller's full refund. Really bad experience. Order numbers : 244704239 eticket sent to me on 21st Jan 2018; order 243058401 ericket sent to me on 14th Jan 2018. BUT Eticket Rejected by admission staff 27Jan today because is invalid. Was informed by their staff that the eticket has been used by other people On 18th Jan. I have bought numerous tickets and many times from this seller. Upset such issue happen. Very upset. To add on. I just check my other etickets i bought from you. Just by looking the the eticket i realise u sent me the SAME ACW eticket pdf file for my 2 different orders: 244704445 sent on 21st Jan and 242796338 sent on 14th Jan. Seriously what is going on? Now, Are my other etickets purchased in order 245336903 (ACW) and 242796338 (ACW) and 243058400 ( Sea Aquarium) invalid as well? Please check and resolve the issue. I expect an update from you soon. Or i will definitely escalate to the qoo10 team. Thanks. I will UPDATE seller response until this issue is resolved!more review

Bought the tix at 4pm and got it at around 7pm, it's valid for entry and so much cheaper than the tickets bought on site. Will recommend purchasing your tickets from them!
