    Exchange/Return Policies

    Dear Customers,

    Please refer below for our Exchange/Return Policies

    Process for exchanging

    1. Please send a Qpost inquiry with the affected order number together with photo evidence.

    a. Qpost inquiry can be sent from Qoo10 app -> recent orders -> contact seller.

    b. Item listing page -> Question and answer -> Email Inquiry

    2. Evaluation will be done within 1-2 working days

    3. Buyers will need to send the item back for evaluation.

    4. Once evaluated:

    a. For Exchange, Replacement will be send after evaluation

    b. For Refund, refund will be processed after evaluation

    Exchange requirements

    · Buyer will need to provide the order number

    · Photo evidence of the (defective) item

    · Must be 7 Days or less from goods receipt Date

    Terms and conditions for delivery

    Qxpress is the default delivery option in our shop and we only recommend Qxpress to buyer. Because it is faster,come with insurance and tracking number.Seller will update tracking in the system once order confirm. If there are any loss/delay/damage of product in the transit, buyer are to hold Qxpress responsible. Qxpress customer service can be reached at info@qxpress.sg

    Singpost Normal mail is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore.However it is not trackable,and Singpost will not be responsible if the item is lost and there is no way to recover the parcel. The singpost delivery period is 5-14 working days to deliver exclusive of weekend and PH, and sometimes it may even take up one month to deliver.

    For buyer want to change to normal mail for a cheaper shipping rate, please take note by doing so, you have agreed that buyer will take ALL RISK during transit if there is any Missing/Broken/damage parcel occurs.
