1. Buyer may request for return or exchange within 7 days upon receipt of item. Return or exchange is not allowed after 7 days. Please check item carefully once you receive it.
a. For defective, incorrect or misdelivered item, please provide order number and photo/video as proof of claim by Qpost message or email. We will assess the claim and advise buyer accordingly on the progress & outcome of claim. If return or exchange is valid, we will bear the return/redelivery cost. Item must be returned with original packaging box & all accessories.
b. For return or exchange due to change of mind of buyer, please make sure item is in original and new condition. Buyer will bear all delivery, return and redelivery cost. If the item has been open or used, return or exchange is not allowed. We are unable to accept return or exchange request for item received after 7 days.
