We will exchange defective or incorrect items (note: small washable stains, fixable loose threads, minor colour differences and creases are not considered defects). We will also exchange items, though highly NOT encouraged for reasons such as customer ordering the wrong item, item doesn't fit, etc but the customer will have to pay the return shipping charges plus an admin charge of $2.5 per item returned. If the value of the replacement is lower, there is no refund and the balance cannot be offset against the exchange fees. If the value is higher, a top-up is required. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt and that items must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging and/or tag.
In all exchanges, customers are required to first send the original item back to us and as soon as we receive it, we will send the replacement item.
