Non-receipt Claim issue (Did not receive the item ) For register mail( can be tracking item),If you still did not receive the item after order status have been changed to "Delivered", please file for 'Non-receipt Claim' within 7 days. For normal mail, please see our FAQ, file for "Non-receipt Claim after 14 days. We will check over the matter from our end. Upon valid, you can inform whether you would like us to re-send to you the item or proceed for refund. Shipping fee will be incurred on seller end. However,If item is not received because of buyer fills in the wrong receive address, we will not be refund.
How to submit return or exchange from the buyer's end? Please log in into your buyer account under "MyQoo10" > Shopping List > Cancel/Refund/Non-Receipt > Select "Cart No." > Select "Return" or "Exchange" under 'Apply & Remark' We will assess the claim issue with the provided picture and inform on the progress.

About the quality If there is any quality problem after receive the goods,please upload defective item photos to us within 7 days, after which we will be regarded as the goods have no quality problem. Please return the defective goods to us and upload return picture via Qpost once shipping out.The shipping fees will be paid by us also. We will give buyers replacement as soon as possible at the same time.(please don't proceed to exchange statute as this will delay resend to buyer, any problem please notice us via Qpost first,we will resend defective item soon) . About shortage or wrong item received please provide us picture of the item contents within the parcel package and the parcel package with the delivery information. After our confirmation, we will resend to buyer.

We provide 7 days return & exchange service. Any return and exchange of item will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item. About change of mind from buyer's end please send item back to us first. after received the return or exchange item remain in their intact condition( unused with their original tags/labels attached, un-damaged),we will partial refund or exchange for buyer. Buyer will need to bear the postage fee if simple change of mind. Defective and misdelivered item We will bear the responsibility of defective and misdelivered item within 7 days.

About parcel lost during shipping |

If buyer choose Singpost normal mail but parcel lost during shipping.Buyer has to provide us a picture for address prove (any bill,letter that has buyer's name and address). We are considering buyer gave address wrongly if do not provide us picture. We are not responsible for lost parcel.
If buyer put wrong address and caused parcel lost during shipping , seller is not responsible for any lost.Thank you!
