    Ops! I made a mistake in my order! I want to change the size/color/shipping address/qty (or whatever!) . What should I do?

    When you realize this mistake, please go to "MyQoo10" to cancel your order and make the purchase again as long as the order is still "on request" status (which means we have not ship out). The following policy is introduced by Qoo10 that sellers are : - not allowed to change shipping address of customers - are only allowed to ship exactly what is being ordered in the system. Please do not send emails to seller or "Ask seller a question" in order to cancel your order or make changes. We are legally not able to do so.

    Why Normal mail are so slow,have to wait up to 3 weeks?

    Dear Customer please take note that Normal mail have to wait up to 3 weeks because Singapore have inform us that 1) they don't work on Saturday , Sunday and public holiday 2) in the event if the pick up truck is too full, they will pick up the item the next pick up time which is the next day 3) there is a reason why Singpost ask for extra money for AM mail, Smart pac and registered mail because they will sent out those mail 1st, follow by they will sent out letter ( cause letter normally belong to company or government who will sue them for late delivery. Lastly is normal mail parcel which is us 4) Singpost will pass the items to the auntie or uncle that will do the sending on bicycle , walking or car and if that day , there is so much letter and registered mail , am mail , smart pac in that area you stay, you will have more delay cause the number of worker they have is fixed so we must understand that for the best price, you have to wait .

    Why my normal mail package has not arrived?

    Normal Mail is not traceable. When customers make a purchase and selected normal mail, we are not responsible for lost package and it also means that you cannot log non-receipt claim. (Singpost fined for delay delivery of 40,000 packages) please take note that there are a lot lost mail.

    Can I put what I want in the memo?

    We will pack according to what customers has ordered in the system. Request to change size/color mentioned in the memo will be ignored. If customers has ordered the wrong size/wrong color, it is best to cancel the order and make a new order again. This will help us work more efficiently to serve you.
