We will mail out your parcel the next working day. i.e Order on Thursday, mail out on Friday.

Please Note: Any order made after 10pm will be deem as next working day. E.g order on Thursday 10pm, it will be considered as Friday orders.

We advise URGENT Customer not to make their orders on Friday as there will definitely be a delay due to weekends. Singpost will not process any parcel on weekends.

Any Parcels mail on Saturday and Sunday will still stuck in the mailbox. It will have the risk of being damage. To protect our Customers parcel, all orders made on Friday,Saturday and Sunday will be delivered out on Monday early morning.

hi, i ordered a 15.4 inch sleeve and received it today but it was way bigger for my 13.3 inch laptop than what i would have thought. Is it possible if i can exchange it for a smaller sleeve and if yes, what size would you recommend?
