    The Smartpac that has been delivered to you is valid even without Hologram as long as it has the tracking number.
    Should you still wish to exchange the item, you may also do so. For damaged/defective SmartPac quantity of 9 or less, kindly proceed for a 1 to 1 exchange at your nearest SingPost Post Offices with a printout of the ‘Order Summary’ as a proof of purchase.
    For damaged/defective SmartPac quantity of 10 and above, kindly call 1605 to make arrangements for exchange or advise us how many pieces you would like to exchange and to which post office. Thank you and have a nice day!
