Ans: Usually, it will be almost immediate top-up. There are times when certain of our buyers encounter successful top-up only after 24 hours. If you encounter delayed top up, please wait for approx. 48 hours before emailing your order number to help@qoo10.sg for assistance.

Hi, do I have do buy a top up card in order to get this dAta top up card?. My normal singtel plan data always over. Thinking of getting a prepaid card just for data.

Our Top Up Cards for Live10 Promotion are only for Prepaid Cards, not Post Paid as stated on all item pages. You need to get a separate prepaid card in order to use our Top Up Services.
