You are not able to use the amount for Hot $55 to top up your data. We would recommend you to buy the $5, $10, $20 which allows you to purchase data plans. Alternatively, you can purchase our Data Ez Top Up card too.

Hi seller, i've attempted to top up my mum's prepaid using ur service, following exactly the 3 steps stated in ur listing page. However, there's no top-up after 24 hrs and all the accumulated talktime/IDD credits in the bonus account are forfeited due to the failure to renew Hot$55.

Can you kindly look into this and provide a refund? It'll be fair if u bother to answer those queries from others who are facing the same issue as me. Thanks.

I alr did a top up using Singtel official top-up site after waiting for 2 days for ur "immediate" top-up. My mum's bonus account expired due to ur failure in keeping to ur promise.
After I requested for refund, u went ahead to top-up on ur own against my wishes. Doing a double top-up is illogical cause bonus account credits is only valid for 50 days. Why u don't allow me to keep the top-up link available for my next top-up instead?
