    Hi, I just checked and status is as follows as of 18 Oct:
    Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article)

    Does this mean Singpost have not received the physical parcel from international freight yet? It's taking a very long time considering items I ordered just last week from Korea and China already reached me, but not this from Hong Kong which I ordered almost 2 weeks ago.
