Parcels ordered under normal mail will be delivered via Singpost Normal Mail. They usually takes 3-7 work days for delivery. But sometimes SingPost may have issues that can cause delay up to 3 weeks - beyond our control.

For large parcels that does not fit your mailbox, postman will deliver to your doorstep.
However, if nobody at home during delivery, postman will leave a collection slip at your doorstep for your collection at nearest Singpost Branch.

Be advised that if you choose delivery via normal mode, it will be at your own risk as no tracking could be provided.
We DO NOT provide REFUNDS if the item goes missing.

    Hi, the engine is same, but dual motor is obviously more powerful because it has 2 engine, one on each side of the stomach while single is just on the centre. The vibro is comparable in strength, just different design

    Hi, the item is priced cheaply for 1 month warranty … Warranty comes at a cost, and we can offer extended warranty of 3 months to 1 Year, and if within warranty period there can be 1-1 exchange if spoilt.

    If you paid for the warranty, it will be a 1-1 exchange at our SG warehouse at Boon keng warehouse. You need to bring it over to our warehouse for the exchange. If you are unclear how Q10 system works, you can also approach your buyer Q10 customer service.

    Hi, what it means is that if you select normal mail, we would do a free courier … courier cost $5, but we just charge normal mail … We still need to charge for normal mail under this promotion, and effectively subside about $4 for courier

    Actually u can just print out the order directly from Q10 and keep it for one year on paper… That would be normally how other buyers do it.
    Q10 records should also have history of your order date too if you need their assistance later.

    Hi there, we can’t see the burnt smell and have been selling this for quite a while … personally we also use this ourselves and so far no problem … So not sure what is wrong here… Could be you were just very unlucky and end up have a faulty unit which no one has, which we can replace … It could also be u use a wrong power source that over charge the adaptor. If you do not send over to us, how can we know what is wrong? Even if you buy things from outside, if there is something wrong, need to bring back for them to check …
    If after checking, we can replace if really spoilt, or if you prefer, let you exchange for some other things of equivalent value if u do not want same item ….
