Hi, I made an order for 3 clocks, black, white and pink color. Noted when i open the pink color clock that the battery compartment is different from the white and black colored one. I went on to insert the batteries and set the clock, noted that the middle button is not working, i cannot change the 'date' or the 'minute' of the settings and also the screen cannot light-up when the button is pressed.Please advise. the other two clocks working fine.
