For cash payment it requires manual checking by Qoo10 accounts team. It can take up to 3 days for us to see your order in our seller portal. So you are not able to collect your items just yet until we can see your order in seller portal. If the item is out of stock by the time we see your order, we will cancel and refund money back to you by submitting a request to Qoo10. Qoo10 will refund the money back into your Qoo10 account. Only online payment using credit/debit cards or eNETS or Paypal , we can see your order within 5 minutes after payment is made and you can collect your items immediately with your e-ticket. Kindly try to use Credit/Debit/eNETS/ Paypal as much as possible so that we can see your order within 5 minutes after payment is made.

The following policy is introduced by Qoo10 that sellers are : (1) not allowed to change shipping address of customers. (2) are only allowed to ship exactly what is being ordered in the system. Because i saw quantity 1.
