    Item will be sent out via Singpost normal mail in 1 to 2 working days after payment is cleared
    Normal mail will take about 2-3 working days to reach your mailbox
    Do note that delivery time will take longer during festive seasons and long weekends
    Registered mail via Singpost is recommended as online tracking number will be provided once item has been posted
    Meet up for collection is available at Woodlands MRT station on Weekdays. Items priced will not be reduced for meet up collections
    For customers without paypal account or credit card, direct payment via bank transfer can be arranged

    If you still did not receive the item after  order status have been changed to "Delivered", please file for 'Non-receipt Claim' within 7 days.

    We have front and back screen protectors for the normal film type - Dual Protector Film (Clear/Matte). We have only front for the tempered glass. If you dont mind waiting for the back glass protector, we will inform you when stock arrives a week later.
