If you select normal mail mode of delivery, and your items are damaged or lost in transit, there will be no reimbursement by the post office, the seller, or the website. Long delays or loss are rare (<1% in our experience), but because we send out thousands of packages each month, we see a handful of loss/long delay cases every month.
The post office handles a much higher volume than courier companies, so the risk of damage in transit is higher, in spite of reasonable efforts in packaging to avoid damage,
The post office does not guarantee safe delivery of normal mail packages, and neither does the seller. Select Qxpress (or qualify for a free upgrade to Qxpress) or self collect to ensure safe receipt of your purchases.

We strive to ensure that you orders are correctly fulfilled, safely packed and delivered. For packages with Qxpress shipping, safe delivery of your orders is guaranteed. If there are problems, please retain all evidence including parcel packaging, unopened items, packing labels, etc. We have a logistics provider in Singapore who can go to replace your items and pick up the evidence. We apologize for the inconvenience, but need to comply with this process as we have encountered cases of customer fraud.

The shipping fee covers the international shipping from our office in Seoul to our forwarder in Singapore, the local shipping from our forwarder in Singapore to the customer, and our forwarder's handling fees. The actual cost is actually higher than the shipping fee we charge, but we cover the additional cost from the item margin. The shipping fee is usually a flat fee, although for a few heavy items the shipping fee increases with quantity purchased. For many of our listings shipping fee is waived if there is a sufficiently large purchase. Details on shipping fee are always made known on the item listing page, and the buyer will also be informed of the total shipping fee before making payment, so that the buyer can decide whether to proceed with the transaction.

Self Collection

The Princess Pink shop is happy to offer self collection by appointment at Tanah Merah MRT Station. Our logistics provider in Singapore will schedule a meet-up at Tanah Merah MRT Station for you to pick up your items.

To choose Self-Collect, select Normal Mail shipping mode, and indicate in the Memo to Seller when you make your purchase. We will contact you via your contact number registered with Qoo10.sg. If you need your items urgently, send us email at sgsales@princesspinkshop.com.

There is no refund of Normal Mail shipping fee paid, because we still need to ship the products from Korea to Singapore and then pay for our logistics provider to bring the package to the meet-up. Don’t select Qxpress if you want to self-collect, because (in addition to you paying a higher sum) there are system limitations to updating the orders, and so we would be unable to switch to self-collect.
