    We will mail you the free carry strap using normal mail.
    The free mesh bag is allocated by the manufacturer directly. There is no bigger size. It fits the mat. You may want to use the carry strap to tie the mat prior to inserting it to the bag.

    Not possible to deliver on 12 March. Courier does not pick up on weekend and they need up to 3 working days after dispatch date to deliver. Ninjavan has not delivered the defect mat to us. Once we have received the mat, we will dispatch the new mat to Qxpress.

    Hi Seller. If u cannot wrap back with plastic packaging after opening it up, how can I wrap back with plastic packaging back to you?! I also placed in mesh bag like your reply of 1 Mar to me per screenshot. This is unreasonable to say “further damage” as you had r cognized it’s a manufacturing defect in the first place. Just refund me $29.27 in full that I had paid for. Enough time spent.

    I think you misunderstood. What we meant is to protect the mat with outer plastic packaging when you are sending back the item. We think this is a reasonable request as we also sent the mat with outer plastic packaging. We did not mean the inner plastic packaging as we understand the inner plastic cannot be put back.

    We have received the mat back without any outer plastic packaging. It comes in just the mesh bag and in dirty condition due to transport.

    We will proceed with a refund.

    Hi, Your payment is held with Qoo10. We have not been paid. Hence, we have instructed Qoo10 to refund it to you just now. They would normally return it to your Qoo10 account (not credit card).

    If you need us to replace it, we can do that, but we will need to open the plastick packaging and perform QC prior to sending it. We would not be able to plastic package it again manually. We will just roll it into the mesh bag. Please advise if it is ok.

    It has to be a separate courier as Qxpress does not collect returns. We will ask a courier to pick up the faulty one on 8 March.

    I hope you package the defect mat with plastic packaging per our instruction above properly when returning to Ninjavan to prevent further damage. Once we receive the defect mat and look at the damage, we will dispatch a new mat to Qxpress.
