Non-receipt Claim issue (Did not receive the item )
If you still did not receive the item after order status have been changed to "Delivered", please file for 'Non-receipt Claim' within 7 days.
We will check over the matter from our end.
Upon valid, you can inform whether you would like us to re-send to you the item or proceed for refund.
Shipping fee will be incurred on seller end.
How to submit return or exchange from the buyer's end?
Please log in into your buyer account under "MyQoo10" > Shopping List > Cancel/Refund/Non-Receipt > Select "Cart No." > Select "Return" or "Exchange" under 'Apply & Remark'
We will assess the claim issue with the provided picture and inform on the progress.
