    I’ve just back to the few days holiday today, I wish I could answer all questions separately but it takes too much time and I don’t want to make you wait more,

    (1) About delivery.

    *As I said before, I have been few days off day, I will start sent out today. I will try to my best the fast sent out I can. Please be note about this
    * About Singpost, it takes about 7 business days after sent out.
    because there is no tracking number, I can’t tell the detail after sent out.
    please be note about this issue before your purchase.

    * About Qxpress delivery and your items not arrive yet, but the record said delivery is done, please check this point first,
    -is there anybody get your items instead of you.
    -address information.
    if you are not in theses, please kindly call 6434-8400 and inquiry about your situation.
    they as carrier customer center, after tracking number updated, they know about delivery more than me, they will give you proper answer.
    (2) About Exchange / refund / cancel order

    If you want to exchange because of wrong or defective items, please kindly send it back to me, after I check the points, I will send the replacement. In case of hard to ready exchange, I will send a msg soon and tell about refund.
