Can I chk with you even if my lashes grow long, can I still use it, or I have to stop after it grow. Another thing is do you have any item to condition eyebrows.

I just received my item. There's no serum inside when I remove the brush from the tube. I purchased a few times and this is the first time that this happened . Pls kindly explain and resend another one. It's very disappointing !
