Please do note that we are unable to do any refunds or returns for items that have been marked as delivered for more than 5 days. Please do complete any exchanges or refunds within 5 days of receipt of product.
Scenario 1: Buyer is unhappy with item/Buyer changes their mind/Any other reason not due to item defect.
For scenario 1, buyer will have to return the item back to us at their own cost and Qoo10 will refund the amount paid back to them, less $1.25-$1.75 (depending on item) as handling and postage fee. Restocking and convenience fee of 20% will apply if item is not in original packaging.
Scenario 2: Buyer received an item with clear defects or wrong item sent.
For scenario 2, buyer will have to return the item back to us after sending us either picture or video proof to our email. We will then reimburse the return postage fee to the buyer and resend the correct/new item to the buyer free of charge.
