    Exchange & Return

    Return and exchange requests are only allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery if you have received an incorrect or defective item.

    To be eligible for an exchange, the following criteria must be fulfilled:
    a. The product must not been used; and
    b. The original packaging intact.

    Exchange is given on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability.

    No door-to-door exchange service will be provided.

    The Takahi Removable Safety Silicon Cap is for the glass lid.

    To use the Takahi Electric Crockery Pot, there is no requirement to have the silicon cap.
