I just received the 2 cubes I ordered. One red and one black. The red one works fine, but the black one has button that don't work very well. Is it possible for me to get it changed? If yes, how do I do the exchange? Thanks

Hi! Just got the new black cube and the joystick works perfectly, thanks for the service! The joystick itself seems taller than in the other one, maybe that was what was wrong. Either way, I got the new cube, but they didn't collect the defective one, please let me know how I should proceed. Thanks again!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I just bought a Fidget Cube from you and received it yesterday, but it seems that the joystick is a little bit defective, as it gets stuck extremely easy (as you can see in the attached picture), not returning to its central position (only by pushing it, which results in a loud noise); this is the side of the cube I use the most, so I would like to have the cube replaced, if possible. Many thanks.
